We build one workflow end to end, tied to the savings the assessment found. At 15%, every $1 you spend comes back as about $6.67 in first-year savings, or about $5.67 after the build cost (less when the minimum applies). Includes 30 days of support.

Two to five workflows

Multi-workflow build

15% of combined first-year savings · minimum $15,000

Two to five workflows built together, priced on the same rule.

When savings are small, the build minimum is more than 15% of them. That happens below about $50,000 a year in savings for an Automation build, or below about $100,000 a year in combined savings for a Multi-workflow build. Your return is then lower than the 15% math suggests. Below about $25,000 a year in savings for an Automation build, or $50,000 a year for a Multi-workflow build, it gets much thinner. We'll tell you plainly and recommend a smaller scope or no build at all.
